Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain products like hair extensions, wigs, and cosmetics cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Log in to your Ebonyline account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tags and seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip.

  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label to the box and drop it off at your nearest carrier location; we recommend using a trackable service for your protection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
